After travelling from Makkah to Dammam following Umrah, I stopped in Riyadh for a rest. I’d seen positive reviews on Google, but the night shift receptionist was rude and I didn’t feel welcome. These days, even basic respect and politeness seem hard to find.
The staff made the stay feel like home. Ms. Hannah and Ismail were friendly and helped sort out a problem with my Booking.com reservation, and Sarvar from housekeeping was helpful too. I came from Dammam for a family weekend and found the place very luxurious for such a competitive price. It was a peaceful place to unwind after a long journey. Strongly recommend it, 5+ stars 👌
Right in the heart of Riyadh, and I had a nice stay. The staff were a little slow, so expect delays, but overall it was good.
The service was very poor. They couldn't even supply towels or the other essentials.
My flight was at 6am, but they said I’d have to check out at 8am if I wanted an invoice. Yes, that’s what the guy told me. In the end they couldn’t provide a business invoice, and the reception staff seemed to lack basic knowledge of how to run a hotel desk. If you’re travelling for business, avoid this place.
