The automated check-in and check-out made things easy, and the staff were efficient and helpful. The little extras like a sewing kit and dental kit were great, too. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a good coffee machine. The metro station is nearby, which is handy, though I didn’t find a good restaurant close by. You can hear horns from the road during rush hour, but it’s quiet at other times. The metro passes by silently.

Everyone was helpful, from online reservations and management to housekeeping and reception. Hani was a great help too, along with Ms Renad and Mr Fares AlShareef.

The view from the 9th floor is lovely, with a pool and tables where you can relax day or night and look at the sky. I also appreciated finding espresso in the room. As an Italian, I’m used to having coffee each morning. The hotel and service were great, and the girls who took me upstairs on my first day were very nice. Rim Reem at reception was especially kind and sociable. She even called the restaurant for me to check whether it was open. I really recommend this place.

Reem, Saud, Hani, and Faisal made a real difference during my stay. They were warm, professional, and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality made the visit memorable, and I’ll definitely return. The hotel is spotless, with roomy, well-equipped rooms and a convenient location. I highly recommend it.
