The pool was beautiful, and the staff were responsive and helpful whenever an issue came up. The hotel itself has the look of a royal palace, which made the stay dazzling from beginning to end. The room, though, felt like a standard four- or five-star room, nothing especially remarkable.

Samar at the pool was a real highlight for us. She was warm with my children, took time to talk with them, and kept an eye on their safety while they enjoyed the water. Her kindness gave the experience a personal touch, and she seemed to love her work. The housekeeping team also made our stay at The Ritz-Carlton comfortable and special. Our room stayed spotless and welcoming, they caught every detail, and they always greeted us with a smile in the halls. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was wonderful. It was an unforgettable stay, and the service and caring staff make The Ritz-Carlton easy to recommend. Thank you!

I went to the Christmas dinner with my family after being told both when booking and on arrival that children under six ate free. My daughter is three, but we were still charged for her meal. The queues and the way guests were hurried along meant nobody gave us a receipt. When I contacted the hotel later, they said they couldn't refund us without that receipt, which we had never received. They also wanted proof of her age, even though she's clearly a toddler. They offered a discount for a future visit, but I turned it down. This experience has put me off coming back. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a clearer process, proper receipts, and fair treatment when a genuine problem is raised. Very disappointing.

We celebrated our anniversary over buffet dinner at Aubergine restaurant. The staff made us feel welcome and special, and even surprised us with a little cake. There was plenty of choice among the mains and desserts, and the food was amazing for the price. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

A regular workday turned into a relaxing, enjoyable visit, and the team at The Ritz-Carlton always makes me feel at home. Mary at reception greeted us warmly and handled everything professionally. Fatimah explained things with real care and dedication, which stayed with me. At the pool, Samar offered thoughtful guidance and paid such close attention that I found myself seriously thinking about joining the club. I'm always impressed by the service here. Thank you for making the day feel so good.
