Ali at reception was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. The hotel's location is its biggest advantage, with easy access to nearby attractions and services, and it offers good value for the price. For a short stay, this 3-star hotel was a pleasant option. The rooms would be much more comfortable with a telephone and a mini fridge, especially for longer visits. Overall, friendly staff and a convenient location make it a good short-stay choice.

One bright spot was Mr Ali at Reception. He was friendly, understanding, and always available, and handled customer situations with care and firmness. The Serviced Apartments themselves were basic and tired, though refurbishment is underway. That work meant noisy, dirty areas during the day and evening. Room supplies like soap, toothbrushes, toilet paper, and towels were below standard and need improvement. The lobby also needs updating, with furniture arranged more usefully for business and personal use.

The Front Office Manager gave outstanding support, and the hospitality was exceptional and much appreciated. It was a wonderful hotel experience, with an impressive level of service and an excellent location.

I don't know who rated this place as high as 8.4. The experience was terrible. The room was small, and the furniture and facilities were dilapidated, like they'd been collected from a landfill. There were no towels, slippers, or toiletries.
