Calvin was always happy to help with requests, and the staff were welcoming. I stayed for business and found the hotel quiet and comfortable. The room was clean and well cared for, so it was easy to unwind after a long day. I had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back. 😊

Being able to walk to NEOM Community 1 made getting to work and finding time to relax easy. After a long workday near NEOM, I appreciated the comfortable beds and welcoming atmosphere at Hampton by Hilton Sharma NEOM Community 1. The rooms were very clean, though quite small, and some guests find them compact and the prices a little steep. Still, many feel the convenience makes it worthwhile. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty to choose from, including continental, full English, halal, vegetarian, and vegan options. The on-site restaurant deserves credit for the food, and the hospitality was great. Staff were friendly and professional, and went above and beyond. The hotel brings together comfort, cleanliness, and good food efficiently. I’d happily recommend it to business or leisure travelers wanting a pleasant, well-catered stay near NEOM.

The stay was really good, and everyone was so helpful. Mainuddin from housekeeping and Malaak at the front desk were amazing, and Calvin from FMB was amazing too.
