City Landmark Hotel Suites Tabuk

I’ve never had a worse hotel stay. The sheets were stained, the furniture was broken and outdated, and the room was so neglected and dirty that staying there was unbearable. It felt abandoned. The hallways and reception were often dark, with the lights switched off, which made the place feel eerie and unsafe. The website photos looked like a total scam, possibly at least 10 years old, and didn’t reflect the property’s current condition. Four young people were running the hotel, if you can call it that, and seemed completely unprepared. They couldn’t speak basic English. When I asked for a taxi, they said their phone “doesn’t work,” and asking for any service felt pointless. There was no greeting at reception, and no professionalism or hospitality. If you’re not local and expect even a minimum level of comfort, avoid it. Highly NOT recommended. An absolute disgrace.
