We spent 10 days here, and the room was cleaned only once, after we argued with the staff. The staff and manager were dismissive and treated us as if we were peasants living beneath them. Hygiene was zero rated. We got only four bottles of drinking water for the whole stay. There were two of us but just one towel, and our request for another went unanswered. Tea was a struggle too: one day there was no sugar, another day no cup, and then no tea bag. Once, they gave us one tea bag for both of us. There was loud noise, the toilet flush didn’t work properly, and the tap was broken, though the shower worked. Shampoo and soap weren’t replenished, and the garbage was never taken. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It was a nightmare, so spend your hard-earned money wisely and don’t book here.

The reception employees were welcoming, and I loved my stay. The location is convenient, beside two shopping malls and the main highway, with supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has various restaurants that deliver there. I’ll definitely come back.

We had to leave after 11 pm and take an Uber to another hotel because they seemed to think their scam could keep us there. Four hours before our arrival, while we were flying into Riyadh, they raised our supposedly confirmed booking cost by 50%. At reception they tried to scam us, saying the increase was because we arrived late, which we hadn’t, and that prices had changed in the last hour. The printout was timestamped much earlier that day. They lied and stole from us. We reported them to Visit Saudi. This felt very unsafe for female travellers.

There was no cleaning or room service. I had to ask for towels, and got only one for my entire four-night stay. The smell is awful if you’re sensitive to odors.
