The location was convenient, close to the main attractions, and breakfast came with a nice range of fresh choices. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. I had a great stay and would recommend it for comfort and good service.

The view of the Holy Mosque is the one appealing thing here, but I still wouldn’t recommend this hotel after four days there. On the first day, I asked for an iron. When I plugged it in, it shook badly and gave off an electrical smell and light, so I unplugged it right away. A housekeeper told me he knew it wasn’t a good iron, which makes me wonder why he gave it to me. I told reception, but they didn’t compensate me. That felt like a safety issue. The single deluxe bed was uncomfortable because I could feel the gap between the two sofas underneath when I lay in the middle. There were also very few outlets by the bed, making it awkward to charge phones and laptops.
