The shuttle made things so convenient, taking us and picking us up for every salah. Staff were responsive, genuinely helpful, and always just a call away when we needed something. We visited during Ramadan, and the iftar buffet was fantastic. It was included in our booking, while other hotels on the same trip were charging a crazy amount for iftar. The hotel had a great vibe, and I loved my stay. Definitely a stay I’d recommend.

The one disappointment was that our room wasn’t cleaned at all during the four nights we stayed. Apart from that, everything was satisfactory. Rasia Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the distance to the Haram was reasonable and made getting there convenient. We had a positive stay.

At Rasia Hotel in Medina, the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the Prophet’s Mosque, so getting to prayers was easy. A pleasant option for people visiting Medina for Umrah or Ziyarah.

Rabie, the breakfast chef, is a beautiful, soulful person, and his cooking is absolutely delicious. All the food was fresh and tasty. From the rooms and room service to the front desk, I’d recommend the hotel 110%. It’s clean and convenient, and the staff and chef are amazing people. Alhumduillah, blessed to have stayed here. Acme from USA for the first time with my son. Highly recommend them. Thumbs up to our chef Rabie ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Breakfast was included in the price, but since it was Ramadan we were given an Iftar meal instead. It was amazing, with different dishes throughout the week. Special thanks to chef Rabie for those wonderful meals. The hotel was amazing, with modern, clean rooms. The receptionists were always polite and very helpful during our stay.
