We had a very good stay here with the family. The staff were friendly and even extended our checkout time at no extra charge. The rooms were clean and nice. It's a bit far from Haram, though only about a 10-minute drive, and you'll need a car for a better experience. There's spacious underground parking, and Hungerstation delivers food and groceries when you need them.

I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at these hotel apartments. When I asked for a late checkout and explained that I had children, they said they'd set my stay and I had to leave at the scheduled time. Thank you for your response, but I'm disappointed with how this was handled. The late checkout issue wasn't dealt with professionally or in a guest-friendly way. Saying it was “subject to availability” without communicating proactively or offering any other options felt like poor service. I expected better hospitality and clearer communication. This experience fell short of what I anticipated and affected my impression of the hotel. I hope you take the feedback seriously and improve how you serve future guests. Sincerely, Bandar Malki
