Dreams Houses Furnished Suites

The reception service was the worst. The staff aren’t professional in how they deal with people or behave. You can see it directly in the owner’s replies to reviews where people point out real problems.

Mr. Abdullah was a very good man, communicating in English and Arabic with a smile 😊 The staff were good, and the atmosphere was very nice for resting. Come enjoy a good night’s sleep 💤👍

The apartment setup worked perfectly for my family: a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious and furnished, and the hotel team, from receptionists to room keepers, kept us happy during our extended stay. Ahmed at reception was especially helpful and made time for the ladies to use the gym. One thing I’d suggest for families staying longer is adding apartments with automatic washing machines.

Thanks to the manager, Mohammed Habash, who is a very respectful person. The hotel was excellent.
