Maislon Hotel

The reception staff were easily the best part, really welcoming and helpful. The lounge was nice and the food was alright, and there's a great view. But the room felt old and smelled bad, with worn furniture. The bathroom was in poor shape and not clean enough, and I found a bug on the bed, which made the cleanliness feel questionable. Room service was unprofessional, and many menu options weren't available. The hotel needs a lot of improvement.

The rooms had decent space and were comfortable, but the bathrooms were old, worn out, and needed maintenance. Cleanliness and service were poor, and the breakfast was bad, seemed old, and had very little variety. It wasn't worth the price.

The garden view through the window was amazing at night. The room itself was good, though the internet only worked in the living room and didn't reach the bedrooms. Staff were a bit harsh, and breakfast was just normal.

The area is quiet and pleasant, with a laundry and supermarket within walking distance. The amenities were good and the staff behaved well, but the old lift was awful. Parking was okay, though there isn't dedicated parking. The place was normally clean, but my friend's room had some hair in the tub. The price felt far too high for the facilities. We couldn't find a good option during our visit, and Tabuk hotels are usually unnecessarily expensive.
