There’s a coffee cafe downstairs with nice seating and a big screen. My room was cozy and neat, with all the amenities provided. The one downside is the location, since there isn’t much to eat nearby.

I’m still here with my family, and the service has been very, very bad. I asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning, but by 09:30 PM it still hadn’t been done. Reception and room service don’t answer the phone. I’m fed up. The hotel team ruined my whole day and trip, and the rates are comparatively very high. I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ELSE AND I WILL NOT EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL.

I stayed at The Olive Tree Hotel for 3 months, and it came to feel like home. The staff were all respectful and cooperative, especially Miss Basma from the welcoming team at reception.

Good rooms and a very good breakfast. This is my spot in tabul, and the location is good. For me, it’s the best place to be in tabuk.

The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the place is nice, neat, clean, and comfortable. I’m looking forward to staying there again.
