The Wi-Fi was okay and the lighting was passable, but the room was very dirty. The carpet was filthy throughout, and the toilet was dirty and missing amenities that I had to request. It was also annoyingly loud. The sink tap kept shutting the water off as soon as I moved my hand away, which made washing my face, brushing my teeth, and doing wudu difficult. There was no AC remote or way to control the AC, the phone didn't work, and there were hardly any charging ports. I wouldn't recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.

We chose the family room for our half marathon stay. It was clean and comfortable, a good place to rest and recover after the event. The hotel was close to the event area, so getting there was easy.

The room was average and smelled strongly of smoke. I booked through Agoda, then asked to cancel within 30 minutes, but neither the hotel nor Agoda would agree. That felt quite unprofessional, and the stay wasn't a good experience.

The pillows had an unpleasant smell, and the TV channels weren't working properly. Aside from those problems, everything else was acceptable. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was commendable.

The third floor needs more attention. It smelled heavily of smoke, and the furniture and carpet need better cleaning. I also noticed water dripping from the ceiling around the AC, which could end up damaging it. The hotel is in a great spot, about a six-minute drive from Rashid mall, and the staff were kind and attentive. Special thanks to Mr:Ali on the night shift for the warm welcome, help with my reservation, and confirmation. His attitude and assistance made my day.
