My favorite bit was sitting outside at the little patio table with my family, sipping coffee on a chilly winter night 🫶🏼. The suite was spacious and had what we needed, and they brought us a crib when we asked, which made things much easier with a baby. Skyline was a great experience. The cleanliness and service were top notch, and the breakfast buffet had lots of good choices, all tasty: foul, bread with a toaster, Danish pastry, Coco Pops and cornflakes, eggs, zucchini omelette, jam, croissant, coffee, green tea, and breakfast tea.

The receptionist was rude and spoke to me badly. I’d picked up an order from Hunger Station, and he started scolding me, asking, “Where are you going? I’m not a thief.” 😔😔😭🤬🥺🤬🤬🤬🤬🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺😞😞😞😞😞😔😔😔😔 Do our riders have any respect? Please don’t speak to delivery drivers like that.

I come here regularly, usually once or even twice a month, but my last two visits were unbelievable. There was a leak in the bathroom, and on Friday I tried reaching reception for more than an hour without anyone answering. I asked for basic amenities and toiletries, but they took ages to arrive. Laundry was delayed too, with no explanation. I’m not sure I’ll come back. I’m leaving this comment in the hope someone can sort these problems out. It’s not the first time reception hasn’t answered calls, especially on Fridays.
