The bathroom was a real letdown, with a sewage smell, and I can only guess the boarded-up sections of the wall used to be windows. Why board up the bathroom window? Lol. Parking out front can also be tricky at night because there aren’t many spaces. The location is excellent, about a five-minute drive from Tabuk’s main modern area, with lots of cafes and restaurants and Tabuk Park mall. The room was clean and comfortable, with an iron, ironing board, kettle, and teas, and the bed was great. Customer service was very good, and the fifth-floor cafe was relaxing, with a nice vibe. It’s a comfortable hotel in a great spot for a very reasonable price.

The restaurant barista makes excellent coffee, the hallway smells nice, and it’s easy to get to places from here. The staff were very accommodating, and we had a positive experience all around. I’d choose this hotel again when I return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was calm, and the rooms were neat and clean. We got a warm welcome and excellent service throughout. The Manager Mr. Mohammed also came across as a leader with all the right qualities.
