I had another bad experience here. The communication, hospitality, and attitude were just as poor as before, and after four years they still don't seem to have improved their service. If you arrange a meeting or occasion with them and something isn't right, you may find you can't complain. They treat you like you're working for them. Very bad attitude, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The service really stood out, from reception and room service to the breakfast buffet. The staff seemed focused on looking after guests, and even the snacks in the minibar were free and could be refilled. My room met my expectations, with plenty of space, cleanliness, and large east-facing windows overlooking Taif, the mountains, trees, and houses. I travel a fair bit, and this is without a doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed in. If you're coming to Taif, this is a great place to stay.

The bathroom was roomy and the bed comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, and it felt like good value compared with other places in Taif. They also have a massage chair and refill the minibar for free.

We came for breakfast and enjoyed the great view from the swimming pool. There was a good range of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the staff were polite and friendly. They even offered to make us an omelette. I'd recommend stopping by for breakfast or just a coffee.

The design feels elegant, almost palace-like in every detail. A mall and bin dawood supermarket are right next door, and Taif's best local restaurant, abu zayd, is within walking distance, along with places for kubba, domino pizza, Indonesian food, and BBQ.
