The shuttle bus was slow, and twice I had to wait more than two hours at the Haram bus stop. They really need to improve the service.

It's an average place at a reasonable price, with basic comfort and a free shuttle bus that helps with the distance to the Haram. The hotel is somewhat far from there. The lifts are quite small, which can be inconvenient when it's busy.

The hotel transport is awful, especially on the night shift. At check-in they tell you to call the driver and say he'll pick you up right away, but you should expect to wait at least 50 minutes, sometimes over an hour. I've waited more than 50 minutes before, and other times an hour and a half. This time I called at 03:39. The driver said he was on the way to Jamarat and would be there in about five minutes, but he didn't pick me up until 04:25. You can walk from Jamarat to the hotel in 20 minutes. I've never seen transport this bad, and I can't recommend the hotel to others.
