Kawther Altmuzz Hotel

We stayed from Feb 22 to Feb 23, and the place was extremely clean and cozy, definitely worth the money. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness was top-notch. Our room had a lounge, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and another room with two large single beds. There was also a nice kitchen with a tea-making station, plus a clean bathroom stocked with toiletries. The one small issue was that neither receptionist we dealt with understood English at all. I even had to translate 303 for one of them.

The lounge was really pleasant, and the staff were kind and helpful. My room and the linens were clean, and there’s free open-air parking right beside the place. Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel, or perhaps a 2-star hotel, so I’m giving it 3 stars.

The room was very neat and clean, and I slept peacefully, which made me forget the rest. The service felt lacking in hospitality, though. They seemed to help only people like themselves, and looked at us as if to ask why we were there. No one offered to help carry our things to the room.

The food was just average, and the ratings are definitely too high.
