The location made getting to and from Makkah easier for us than with many other Taif options. We paid 700 SAR for one night, a great deal compared with places that charge much more for less. We stayed in the Superior Suite, with two roomy bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was spotless, modern, and seemed brand new, with a beautiful city view in the evening. The reception team were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout, and every interaction went smoothly. We even got a complimentary gift bag at checkout, which was a lovely surprise. Our stay at Remaj Hotel in Taif exceeded what we expected. We left amazed, and Remaj Hotel will be our only choice when we visit Taif again. Highly, highly recommend.

The place and location keep me coming back, this was my third visit. It’s close to all the good spots, with attractive rooms and facilities including a gym, pool, and recreation room. The restaurant has a nice, humble decor and atmosphere, though the food is ordinary, not very creative, and the presentation and ingredients aren’t the best. Room service was good and the cleaning was top notch. Reception service needs a lot of work. I stayed calm when there was a simple problem, but the clerk told me to complain to management and his colleagues instead of trying to fix it. In the end I was the one who backed off rather than escalate. Still, it was a good experience overall because of the facilities and location.

The room was clean, but none of the TVs had any channels. They offered a discount for the coffee shop, though I’m not sure how much, and I never ended up using it. The kettle didn’t work either, and those huge pillows felt odd. Street noise was really loud around 2 to 3AM.
