It’s spacious and attractive, and the price feels reasonable rather than cheap. They provide lots of complimentary things, including kitchen utensils, an electric water heater, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, an ironing board, and an iron. I was surprised by how clean and well kept every item was.

The apartments are roomy and nicely furnished, and the staff were helpful and courteous. Our rooms felt a little damp, but the stay was comfortable overall. Desi pilgrims should find the place cozy, with plenty of amenities.

This was nothing like the photos on booking.com. The area felt run down, with nothing around the hotel and nowhere close to the town centre or even a park. The suite was meant to have three sofa beds and one double bed, but there wasn’t a single sofa bed. The rooms were old and dingy, and the furniture looked perhaps 20 years old and was covered in marks. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The mattress was badly deformed, and when I asked for it to be changed they simply refused. There was a smell in the washroom, and the porter watched me drag my luggage without offering help. During our three nights, I called reception at least 10 times and got an answer only once. The receptionist was rude as well. I felt treated as if I were staying for free, and I can’t understand the high ratings. Pathetic service, the worst experience of my life, 0 out of 10.
