The room had a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, and kettle, and the bathroom was small but fairly clean. Towels were provided, though there were no complimentary drinks. For the price, cleanliness was good. The room itself was relatively small. Getting to the hotel means climbing a very steep hill, over 500 meters high, which is difficult and really unsuitable for elderly people. Check-in took a long time, and the receptionist wasn't helpful. He wouldn't let us check in even an hour and a half early, although rooms were available.

It’s a good place to stay, though a little far from haram. I live near this hotal, close to elaf al salam hotel on al ajyad road. I think it’s only for turkish peoples, but it’s very good.

The most useful thing is that transport to and from the Holy Mosque is available 24 hours. The hotel is very good, with friendly staff, nice rooms, good facilities, and wifi.

The hotel is good, but taking the bus to haram gets hectic during busy times. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

The alaseel group hotels are all good, but their rule is to clean rooms only every 3 days.
