qimam park hotel 2

The reception team, Mohammed and Sadiq, were welcoming and helpful across their rotating shifts, which made for a wonderful experience. I booked a clean two-bedroom apartment with a very nice living room, a good fit for a small family. Their prices vary. May God bless them.

Nearby markets, restaurants, and other essentials made the location convenient, and the street was pleasant. The reception staff were helpful, and even checked us out at 3:30. Breakfast was free, though quite basic: eggs, beans, salad, tea, and very sweet juice. We could hear the call to prayer from the nearby mosque in the apartment, which was especially welcome when we were up late and made it easier to pray. The two-bedroom apartments worked well for a family with fewer than three children. But several things bothered us: the shower mixer was broken, and only one burner on the two-burner electric oven worked. When we asked to add a night to our 10-night contract, which had a reasonable rate, management raised the price by 200 riyals. Housekeeping never came in, since we cleaned ourselves and took out the trash. We were lenient about that, but management didn’t seem to care about customers or give us a reason to return.

I stayed last year. The hotel was clean, and I’d say its showers were the best I’ve had in Saudi Arabia.
