Sadeem Al Fajr Hotel Suites

The only good things were the large rooms and the location, close to most places. Everything else was bad. The bathroom needs repairs, and there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room, even when I asked. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet. They delivered prepacked food while I was sleeping, not freshly made, and there was no tea or coffee with breakfast either. The staff weren’t cooperative. I don’t recommend it.

The one- and two-bedroom apartments are very large, with a spacious lounge and kitchen. I only wish there were another TV in the master bedroom. The location was excellent, and everyone from reception to room service and the restaurant staff was excellent too.

Right in the heart of Taif city, it’s close to lots of attractions, restaurants, cafés, and a mall. There’s ample parking, the price is reasonable, and the very large room worked well for our big family or group. The bathroom smell was pretty irritating, though. Without that, it would’ve been great.

The building, location, and furniture are good, but the property is badly managed. I had to ask more than five times for towels that should already have been in the room. The Wi-Fi setup was a mess, with oddly named networks and different passwords for different areas, which I had to figure out by guessing. I checked out around 6 a.m.; no one was at reception, so the information desk person checked me out. Then that afternoon, I got a call asking when I was going to check out.
