The team’s warmth and attentiveness made the stay much better. They were professional, dedicated, and quick to help whenever needed. The property was also in immaculate shape, with spacious rooms that were comfortable and well equipped. You could see the care put into keeping everything in order.

The hotel’s calm atmosphere worked really well for our group, with 6 adults and 3 children staying for 3 nights in 3 rooms. It felt family-friendly and peaceful, while still being central. There are grocery stores just around the corner, which made daily errands easy, and several places to eat nearby. Green Garden Indian Restaurant has Idly, Dosa, and other Tamil dishes. At Oasis Restaurant, a Kerala-style multi-cuisine spot, we enjoyed the flavorful Faham and Parotta with Chicken and Beef Curry. There are also Arabic restaurants a few steps away for local food. Our rooms at Seven Garden Palace Hotel in Taif were spacious and clean, and the facilities were excellent. The reception staff communicated well and were professional and helpful, so check-in and check-out both went smoothly. We had a delightful stay and would happily return. I’d recommend Seven Garden Palace to families and larger groups visiting Taif.

The furniture and design are lovely, and the location is nice. Amjad Alrehimi was a delight to ask for help, and the staff were great. There’s no food service, though you can order through hunger station. Great place for the price.

I usually stay here when I visit taif, and I recommend the third floor because the view is quite good. It’s clean and nice, and the staff are polite and cool, especially miss amjad, who does her best to make clients comfortable.
