The hotel itself is clean and nice, but our room hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. There was just one towel, and the phone didn't work. I went down to reception for more towels, but was given only one, so we had to share. There weren't any face towels either. When I asked how we were supposed to wash our faces, the response was literally, “I don't know.” Seriously? Management needs to improve the service and teach staff how to communicate.
The room was clean and the bed was good, but the toilet smelled really bad. There was also a drum in the road by the parking area that hit my car's rear light and broke it. A 200 room ended up costing me around 1800 riyal, since the back passenger-side light for my brand new Nissan x trail 2024 costs around 1600 sar on Amazon. I'm unhappy that a trash drum was placed right behind the hotel parking.
It's a quiet, cheap place that's good for families. You can find everything you need around the hotel. Mr. Hasan and farog gave good service and a warm welcome. I'd advise anyone to book a room and see for themselves. Thanks.
