Waves Hotel

At the Waves, Miss Nouf made our visit to Umluj unforgettable. She took such care of my colleagues and me, and her attention to detail helped make the stay feel like a true five-star experience. From the first moment, she set a warm, professional tone and represented Waves Hotel so well. Staff who care this much about guest satisfaction are rare. Thank you, Miss Nouf.

Mrs. Nouf made my birthday feel special, surprising me with a cake and lovely flowers. The hotel is also wheelchair friendly and has considered guests with visibility problems, which makes it feel inclusive and welcoming. There are a few drawbacks: massages aren't available, even though they were recommended, and ladies are required to wear Arabic swimming gear. The location right on the beach is a big plus. Some rooms have stunning sea views, and the rooms overall are modern, nice, and clean. The staff are said to be friendly and helpful. Kudos to the hotel and Mrs. Nouf for helping create a memorable visit.

We enjoyed our three nights here a lot. The view was lovely, and having a private beach was great. Breakfast was nice each morning, and the staff were polite and helpful, especially in housekeeping and the restaurant. It's an excellent place to relax, and I'd strongly recommend it.

The pool and paddle court gave us extra ways to keep entertained, and the staff were great with kids. Everyone was friendly and ready to help whenever we needed it. Waves Hotel is the only reason I'd come back to Umluj.
