Al Malfa Resort

I was unsure about the resort at first since my father picked it and he's fond of heritage places. Seeing it in person changed my mind: it was beautiful and comfortable, more than I expected. It's in a lovely spot away from city noise, and fairly quiet, so I come back whenever I visit. I bring dinner with me, though, because dinner service ends at a certain time and then there's nothing available in the restaurant. That brings the rating down for me. Breakfast was lovely and nicely presented. Thanks to the Saudi women who made it 🤍🇰🇼🇸🇦

A lovely resort with an old cultural feel. Definitely worth visiting in winter.

The palm fields and the beauty of the place really amazed me. It has such an authentic feel that brought on a sweet nostalgia, like I'd been there sometime before. The staff were incredibly welcoming. I loved the experience and won't forget it.

A great weekend retreat with a group of my girlfriends. We had a wonderful time here, meditating and checking out nearby sights. Visit the historic market and salt lake, and try the lovely cafes. I enjoyed every moment.
