The sea view and beach access are the only real positives here. The stay was frustrating from the start. Parking is very limited, and getting through the poorly designed entrance felt unsafe, especially for older people, children, or anyone with mobility difficulties. Accessibility needs serious attention. Reception staff were unprofessional and communicated poorly, sometimes disrespectfully. The rooms were also in bad shape, with worn furniture and carpets, and a strong unpleasant smell from the ventilation. It may have come from poor hygiene or fungal buildup, which made me worry about health. The room and bathroom weren’t properly cleaned, and room service was slow and ineffective. The bed and pillows were noisy and uncomfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and hot water wasn’t reliable. This was a harmful and unacceptable stay. The property needs major work on safety, cleanliness, staff training, and maintenance. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it until those problems are addressed.
