The apartment is roomy, and the AC gets properly cold. Those are about the only good points. It might work if saving money is your main concern or you just need somewhere for one night and aren’t too bothered about comfort. The bathrooms were very dirty, there were unpleasant smells throughout, and the water heater didn’t work. The old décor needs maintenance, the ceramic floors felt less cozy than carpet, and the bed wasn’t comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it unless budget matters most or it’s a quick overnight stop.

The apartment is good and the furniture is nice. The master bedroom’s design could be better, though, and needs a more modern look.

Best hotel in this area. The marble floors and bathrooms look good, and the Western toilet seat means your legs stay clean from splashing. The shower has a glass door, so the floor stays dry. The kitchen has everything for light cooking for a small family, including silverware, and they provide a washing machine and clothes hanger for drying. There’s a TV with lots of channels, and the central AC is quiet. The electricity turns on with the door key card. I usually rent two rooms, and the price ranges from 400-700 riyals depending on the season. I think the owner put effort into building the place and chose well who built it. I respect that. The hotel is very good.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and close to the sea, and I got a low rate during the season. It’s the best hotel in Yanbu. The staff were all helpful and cooperative.

There’s no restaurant, though there is a cafe in the lounge area. The Wi-Fi is strong in the sitting area but gets very weak toward the back of the room because of the soundproof walls. Apart from that, everything was good. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is roomy. We had a microwave, basic kitchen utensils, and a fridge. I’d stay again, InShaaAllah.
