The night receptionist was very helpful and supportive. He helped us check in late and offered a discounted rate. The price was cheap compared with other hotels, the staff were good, the rooms were spacious, and the corridors were clean. The lift was slow and cramped, and there was no restaurant nearby. Towels, soap, and other toilet accessories weren’t available. The washroom wasn’t clean or well maintained, and the water closet and shower weren’t working properly.

I had a bad experience. The toilet seat cover and toilet paper were missing, and even after asking, I couldn’t get Wi-Fi in the room. There were no towels because the “launderer did not come,” and no soap because they “did not buy for couple of weeks.” The bathroom slippers left for guests had already been used.

Yanbu Inn Residential suites is in a prime spot in Yanbu town and seems like a great place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and the staff polite. It’s a 15-minute drive to the Red sea corniche, a peaceful place to spend the evening over coffee. The sunsets there are amazing.

Abdulmuneem from Egypt was friendly and really helpful, and the service he gave us was excellent. A great place for families to stay.
