Nancy was a real bright spot during our stay at Hotel Garden Hills & spa. She was kind, professional and genuinely caring, and did everything she could to improve our time there. Without her, it would have been a bad experience. She deserves sincere recognition and praise. The room and pool area were nice, but they couldn’t make up for the service problems. Most staff seemed untrained, and their uniforms or wardrobe could use improvement. In the heat, staff were visibly sweating, which felt uncomfortable and unhygienic, especially while dining. We left disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the hotel, particularly for the price. The experience fell well below expectations.

The spa appointment was the biggest letdown: we had each booked 30 minutes, but the masseuse never showed, and we waited more than an hour. That threw off our plans and wasted time during a short romantic trip. The prepaid Valentine’s dinner was disappointing too. Its three cocktails were meant to come with the entrée, main course, and dessert, but they arrived late and didn’t agree with us, causing stomach discomfort. Check-in had already taken nearly an hour when we arrived with my wife to celebrate Valentine’s Day. For a four-star resort and a special occasion, the delays and poor organization fell well short of what I expected. Very disappointing.

The meal was delicious from starters through the main courses, with lovely plating and prompt service. We also enjoyed the music and beautifully garnished mocktails. Heron looked after us warmly and professionally, and Isabelle stopped by several times to check how we were doing. The restaurant setting felt just right for Christmas. It was our first visit to Gardens Hill Resort & Spa on 25th December, and the welcome started at the security gate. The officer explained the procedures, showed us where to park, and pointed out reception. A reception team member greeted us there and said a vehicle would take us to the restaurant. It arrived promptly, and the driver was friendly. Thanks to Heron, Isabelle, and the whole team for a memorable Christmas dinner. We look forward to coming back.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had great facilities. The food was incredibly good, and every member of staff was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks so much to the whole team, especially George (Shokran), for making our honeymoon unforgettable. My husband and I are truly grateful. We’ll definitely come back one day! 🌺

We had outstanding food, especially at the pool bar, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Our driver was courteous and very helpful. The room stayed clean and well maintained, and the staff were attentive, welcoming, and professional. The hotel also has elegant design and impressive architecture.
