Amanda Luxury Villa

Levi and Josephene were so positive and welcoming, and the complimentary rides to shops and cafes were a great touch, especially since the villa is uphill. When I stopped by Villa Amanda, I was impressed by the spacious room and its beautiful mountain and ocean view. I’ll probably return and recommend the place. My expectations are high, and the guest service was the best.

The hotel sits on a hill above the sea, so you’ll want a car strong enough for the climb. The uphill roads are narrow but manageable. There’s room to park seven cars, and the rooms are comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and hot running water. The food was excellent, with an extensive menu of dozens of tasty dishes, and breakfast had plenty of variety and was very filling. Everyone provided personal, excellent service, from the manager to the room service lady and the rest of the staff.

The coastline and mountain views are exhilarating, and watching the sunset from the pool was unforgettable. Amanda Villa is high up to offer those views, so having a car is very helpful. If you need a ride to or from the main road, where the local restaurants are, you can ask for one free of charge, which is handy when going out for dinner. Levi, the villa manager, always made sure we felt looked after. The staff were hospitable and helpful, and the owners were lovely and friendly. A place we’d gladly return to on our next trip to Seychelles.

We felt at home from the start. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Sanjay, who you can ask for anything. The room was very clean, and they changed the bed and towels even though we said it wasn’t necessary. Breakfast was good, and we never had to look for somewhere to eat dinner. Just tell Michelle, the talented cook, what you’d like, fish, prawns, meat, anything, and what time you want it ready. We even brought our own wine.
