We stayed from November 10 to 15 and found the whole experience beyond our expectations. The hotel has a relaxed feel that made it easy to spend the day reading, swimming, and taking it slow. The chef and hotel director even came by to ask how things were going, which was a lovely touch. The food was excellent, fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the tuna salad on Creole Night. We chose a room without a private pool since we could use the main pool and wanted to be right by the beach. Our villa was spacious, modern, very clean, and had a gorgeous ocean view. We appreciated getting two free bottles of water and a refill of Nespresso capsules each day, along with the Nespresso machine and water boiler in the room. The beach is beautiful, though the waves can get high. When the sea is calm, it's lovely for swimming and snorkeling. On our last night we saw dolphins from the pool, which was amazing. Carana Beach was a wonderful place to unwind, and we highly recommend it.

Carana Beach Hotel gave us a beautiful setting for our wedding, and the staff were attentive and accommodating as they worked to keep everything running smoothly. There was a problem with the wedding dress steaming service, which wasn't handled as well as we'd hoped. The team did make a genuine effort to put things right. The location and their dedication still made for a wonderful experience, though we'd suggest improving the steaming service for future guests.

What a stunning place and location. The staff made a real difference to our holiday. From reception to the restaurant, housekeeping, and gardeners, everyone smiled and joked with us wherever we went. We've visited some beautiful places around the world, and this hotel is in our top three. We were there for my wife's birthday, and Adrianna was a gem from arrival to departure. She arranged a brilliant surprise, from the room to the breakfast and dinner tables. My wife's face said it all. Please pass on my thanks to Adrianna and everyone. All our love, John and Angie.

The team was so friendly and helpful, and we're especially grateful to the waiters and chefs for helping with my wife's food allergy. The meals were delicious, and the rooms were just like the website pictures, very clean, well equipped, and with a beautiful view. We spent our two-week honeymoon here and highly recommend the hotel.

We were especially pleased that the hotel manager was there every day, checking in with guests and making sure things were right. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our four days at Carana Beach Hotel on Mahé. The meals were fresh, flavorful, and outstanding, and we loved the cocktails too. The setting is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and breathtaking ocean views. The beach felt like a quiet, clean, peaceful little paradise, and the pool right beside the sea was a lovely place to relax. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. A true gem in the Seychelles!
