The steep road up to East Horizon Self Catering is something to plan for, so we’d recommend having a rental car. We liked the spectacular ocean outlook and our spacious balcony, with its table and chairs, was a great place to sit and take it in. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and made us feel at home. There were some maintenance problems in the room. A few drawers in the furniture and bathroom were broken, and some curtains were torn and rusty. The air conditioning also smelled a little musty when we switched it on. It gave us the impression that some areas are being neglected. The setting is beautiful and has a lot going for it, but these things need attention.

Our stay was delightful, with a panoramic sea view from the clean, well-kept apartment. The house is well maintained and would suit a family. Febrona was extremely welcoming, and even kindly took us on our first shopping trip after we arrived. ❤️👍

It’s a fairly strategic spot, away from the crowds in Victoria but still near pleasant beaches and places to eat. There’s parking, and we could look out at the ocean as well as nearby gardens and forest. The place is quiet and has the necessary amenities, so we’re having a very enjoyable stay.

We felt right at home in this clean, cozy accommodation, and the upstairs apartment has a beautiful ocean view. The owners are so kind and welcoming. Thanks to Febrona and Harry for making our holiday feel magical!
