Canopy by Hilton Seychelles Resort

The staff's attention to detail made the biggest impression on us. They quickly picked up on our preferences without us asking and were wonderfully proactive. Vishal at the restaurant took especially good care of us, as did Bram, the other manager whose name I've forgotten, the restaurant servers, the Sega bar team, and everyone else. It's hard to single anyone out because they were all great. We'd compared Hilton Seychelles Resort with other all-inclusive resorts before booking, and we're so glad we chose it. We were there for seven days with a large group and kids, and the service was excellent. The setting is beautiful, the hotel is near the airport, and the amenities and food were lovely. Our special family holiday lived up to our hopes. We can't wait to return to the Seychelles, and Canopy is 99% of the reason. Thank you!

Compared with high-end romantic brands in different holiday destinations, this was an excellent five-star stay. The hotel sits right by a beautiful beach, with a superb location that avoids the crowds. The layout is well thought out, with every room looking toward the coast and pools. Breakfast had a huge range of cuisines, the rooms were very good, and the air conditioning was impressively quiet. Brilliant beds, too. The pool may be the longest in Seychelles. Most of all, the staff were professional, highly trained, and kind, and service was punctual. We'd happily stay again.

The breakfast buffet had lots of choice, the food was very good, and our room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping ladies were always friendly, too. We celebrated my 40th birthday here with my husband, and the team made the getaway unforgettable. Annie at reception was warm and helpful from the start, and even took lovely photos of us. We usually just end up with selfies, so that meant a lot. Sanju made our rum tasting fun and interesting, and Nathalie at the spa gave me a relaxing treatment. Steven and Ricky at concierge were friendly and helpful as well. We definitely recommend it and hope to return.

The food was a standout, with plenty of variety, excellent quality, and lovely presentation. The whole team was kind and attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Mahé. Irene at the Front Desk deserves a special mention. When our flight was canceled, she stayed available and helped us work through every detail with real care, professionalism, and a calm, practical approach. Her support turned what could have been a very stressful situation back into a relaxing holiday. We felt genuinely looked after, and her organization and willingness to help were remarkable. In my view, she represents the hotel extremely well and deserves a leadership role. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's warm, professional atmosphere stood out, and the service exceeded our expectations. We sincerely thank the entire team for the welcome, the wonderful meals, and the care they gave us. It made our stay unforgettable, and we'd be delighted to return.
