The accommodation is cheap, very small, but clean and close to Beau Vallon Beach, so you get what you pay for. It's about a 10-minute walk along the street to reach the beach, which isn't very comfortable, especially at night. We didn't meet the owner during our week there. A woman came each morning to clean the rooms.

It's an OK budget place, about a 10-minute walk from central Bau Vallon, with a small hidden beach just down the road. The inventory is basic, with air conditioning, a fan, and a microwave. The furniture is old and worn, the garden could use some attention, and the Wi-Fi is unstable. There was also some noise from neighbors at night. The private terrace is nice and has a bit of an ocean view. The housekeeper was helpful.

The building was awful, old, and dirty, and insects were everywhere, including cockroaches in the bathroom and spiders. We convinced the owner to find us another place because we didn't want to stay there. She offered a new, beautiful apartment nearby, but we'd have to leave a day early. Even after writing to remind her, we were not refunded for that final day. Awful owner, awful management, awful experience. Never again!

One of my worst travel experiences. The customer service was extremely poor, the location was bad, and the rooms and kitchen weren't clean. There wasn't even a restaurant or shop nearby. The photos don't show the rooms' true condition, and at $100 a night it was extremely expensive for what it was.
