We made good use of the guest area set aside on the beach in front of the property, especially for the stunning sunsets. There’s a garden shower for washing sand off before heading up, and the self-catering equipment was clean and easy to use. The property is very close to restaurants and bars. Parking on site is limited if you're driving, but there’s plenty along the lane and a public car park nearby. We were a family of three, staying for 10 days in December 2025, and had a fantastic time. The host and staff were welcoming and helpful. Our flight was delayed, but someone still met us and showed us to our room when we arrived late. We first booked a Mountain View room, with modern finishes and very comfortable furniture. Halfway through, we upgraded to a beach view. We loved the beach house look and the artworks by local artists, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable too. We’d highly recommend a stay and would love to return!

We loved the Mountain view apartment and its lush green hillside scenery, which felt so quintessentially Seychelles. Beau Vallon beach is just steps away, with great swimming, boating, sunsets and restaurants. We especially enjoyed Boat House and Beach Shak. Our only regret was booking for just one night. If we return to Mahé, we'd try to stay here again for longer.

The beds were comfortable, and both the bathroom and kitchen spaces were great. The Studio room's AC wasn't working as well as I would've liked, though. The location is central and close to lovely beaches and lots of good restaurants, so I had a good stay overall. Just don't expect typical hotel service: staff are there from 9am-3pm, except when guests are arriving later. They usually leave clear enough instructions to find your way.

We stayed in Annex B, and it was quiet despite having several restaurants within walking distance. The beach and location were perfect, and the apartment had a comfortable bed, bedroom AC, ceiling fans and sun blinds. I'd book again. One thing to know: two couples were waiting when we left because reception wasn't staffed. They ask you to share your arrival time in advance, but these days it's easy to assume someone will be there when you arrive.

Beautiful apartments right on the beachfront, with lots of space and everything well equipped. Shops and a good range of places to eat are nearby too.
