The staff made our stay especially memorable. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and genuinely caring, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome during the busy New Year period. The service felt personal and outstanding. We also appreciated that the resort is kids-free, and the food and facilities were great. It’s a perfect setting for a relaxing, romantic getaway. We spent the New Year period at Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa and had a wonderful time. The resort is gorgeous, with breathtaking views and a peaceful, luxurious feel. Our King sunset Villa was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location worked well too: Beau Vallon beach is an eight-minute drive away, and there’s a complimentary shuttle there and back, though we had our own rental car and didn't use it. It was a lovely way to start the New Year. We’d recommend Hilton Seychelles Northolme and would love to return someday.

(4.5 stars) Update: I spoke with several people on the leadership team, and they genuinely appreciated our feedback. The operations manager clarified a few things, the head chef shared helpful feedback, and the food and beverage manager said they’re currently revamping the wine list. We stayed twice in Feb. 2026, first for three nights and then for four. The quiet northwest location has beautiful views all around. The rooms are standalone villas or “duplex” villas with one room above another. Our king sunset villa was spacious and lovely, with a large outdoor deck, a great view, and plenty of comfort for two. If possible, I’d ask for an “upper” unit, usually an even-numbered room. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. All the restaurants are good and have slightly different menus. We particularly liked the poke bowl at the Ocean View, and the prices seemed reasonable. The first visit went quite smoothly apart from a few minor issues. On the second, there were more: hot water was missing for about ten minutes, some floorboards near the bed squeaked, and the blow dryer was hard to operate. It wouldn't work in the bathroom because the island's electrical code means the outlet there isn't compatible. At times the restaurant seemed short-staffed, with drinks, wine, starters, and the main course all arriving within 20 minutes. Many wines on the outdated list weren't available, and there isn't a “wine steward” who knows what's still on it. One evening the chef's performance was uneven: my prawns were so overcooked that they didn't charge me for the entree. She came out and apologized, thank you. The TLD lounge was never open, though we could sit there and be served from the Ocean View bar. Early check-in isn't easy. They did give us complimentary breakfast and a lounge where we could relax and shower if needed. On our second stay they let us check out late, which really helped because our flight was at 6 pm. Thank you! For the money, Hilton Northolme is good value given the limited number of comparable upscale options on this side of the island.

It was our second stay here, which is unusual for us since we don't normally return to the same hotel. The facilities, food, and location are all great, but what really sets this place apart is the staff. They always welcomed us warmly and responded to our questions with a great attitude. Every staff member deserves a mention, though that's not possible here. The Signature Grand Ocean Pool Villa was so lovely, with its ocean view, that we barely felt like going out. Its pool was amazing, especially the floating, bean-bag-like sun bed. The food, room service, villa, and staff were all great. Our concierge Ramy was unbelievably prompt whenever we needed support and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Joge (Hotel Manager) was warm and welcoming and did a lot to make our stay feel perfect.
