The meals I tried were tasty, filling and served in generous portions. There are lunch and dinner options, though the menus could be broader. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was very good. The staff were warm, friendly and genuinely helpful, and housekeeping kept the room in excellent condition, meeting my daily needs and bringing bottled water every day. Abdulfettah at the front desk deserves special mention, he was a 10/10: professional, kind, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the property.

Chef Mukesh, Mr Abdelfattah, Judith and Gaelle took such thoughtful care of our boy. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay at Savoy Seychelles Resort & Spa really special. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back.

Our room was gorgeous, with a large balcony and a lovely atmosphere. The hotel sits right on the beachfront, and you can walk straight to the beach from the grounds. Everything was beautifully maintained from arrival to departure, and all the facilities were kept to an exceptionally high standard. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. Umeda assisted us throughout via WhatsApp, while Andri took care of our needs in person. Both gave impeccable service.

The hotel nurse was the one bright spot. She was kind, professional and incredibly helpful when we needed medical advice for our children. Both our children became ill during the trip, and we suspect the food may have been related. The food quality was very poor overall. The resort is far too expensive for the quality and service, and I wish we'd spent the same money elsewhere. The rooms are extremely outdated and badly need renovation. Even the thermostats were confusing to use, which shouldn't happen at this price. There was almost nothing to do during the day, which was especially disappointing with a family. At the kids' club, it closed abruptly during our first visit. When we came back the next day, the staff member had removed the toy cars my son had specifically come to play with. She didn't apologize or bring them out when I asked, and seemed annoyed that we were using the whole kids' club instead of staying in one section, even though we were the only family there. Service across the property was consistently slow. Check-in took much longer than expected, poolside service was delayed every time, and replacing our rock-hard pillows took a whole day after we asked. The beach was also misleading: it isn't private and wasn't particularly well maintained. I would struggle to give this resort even two stars.
