Bilal made our holiday full of lovely experiences. He was always helpful on WhatsApp and showed me how to activate the app on my phone, so I didn’t end up needing to borrow his bus card. He helped us discover many beautiful places and shared tips for cheap trips, some completely free, which saved us a lot of money. Thanks to Bilal and the rest of the hotel staff for a great holiday! ☺️

Our three nights at Berjaya Praslin were made special by Bilal. He showed us how to see the best of Praslin on a budget without skipping any important spots, so exploring the island was stress free and cost effective. He’s talented, kind, and passionate about his work. The property is three-star, but the hospitality felt like much more. I highly recommend staying here, especially for Bilal! 🌴

Mr. Bilal made island travel much easier with his useful local advice and help arranging things. He was friendly, professional, and always checked that we were comfortable. The resort itself is welcoming and relaxing, with clean, comfortable rooms and a beautiful setting just steps from Cote d’Or Beach. We had lovely views and easy access to the water. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we really appreciate all the care we received. Highly recommended for Praslin.

Muhammad Bilal looked after us from arrival through departure and made our stay at Berjaya excellent. He went well beyond what was expected, and even kept in touch after we left to check that we had reached home safely. He has a heart of gold. Chef Manjit ji made delicious meals for us every day and took special care of our vegetarian needs. Mehul bhai was also so welcoming and always made sure we were comfortable. Bilal, the Guest Services Executive, gave us professional, helpful support throughout. We had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Hotel Seychelles, with amazing service and a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
