The room was spacious and lovely, and we especially enjoyed the food. Breakfast had a delicious range of choices, and the set menu at dinner was just as impressive. The staff made the stay for us, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had a really great time.

Castello Beach Hotel was a relaxing place to stay on Praslin, close to both the beach and nature. We enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and massages. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely ocean view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. We’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, restful getaway on the island. #CastelloBeachMemories

We ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed them. The staff were constantly ready to help, and we have nothing bad to say. The rooms were clean, beautiful, comfortable, and furnished with brand new furniture. There’s direct beach access as well as a lovely pool area. A top place to stay, especially for such a reasonable price.

The dining was a letdown. The dish I ordered wasn’t cooked properly and had little flavor, and the presentation wasn’t good. Service was slow, our server seemed overwhelmed, and there were no vegetarian options. For what they charge, I expected better food and service. My room was clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable. Staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful during the stay, and some had an off-putting attitude. There’s also a water crunch, with drinking water provided only on the first day. I was thoroughly unimpressed by the service at Castello beach resort and wouldn’t recommend it. 1/5

The property is beautiful and peaceful, right by the beach, and it’s easy to just relax there on a quiet day. Hospitality was stellar, with a really friendly and helpful staff. Everyone speaks English, so communication was easy. #CastelloBeachMemories
