Constance Lémuria

Our family had never had a stay quite like this one at Constance Lemuria on Praslin. The resort and its natural setting were stunning, from the beautiful beach to the views from our bedroom. Spotting little rabbits on the paths and giant tortoises nearby made it feel even more magical. The staff and management treated us with remarkable care. We’re especially grateful for the managers’ work, and I’m still in touch with Mr. Jawadu even now. When our five-month-old daughter became seriously ill, Mr. Jawadu and the nurse Vivianne supported us through a very difficult hospital situation with kindness and compassion beyond what we could have expected. Mr. Gandhi even came to the hospital himself with water, towels, fresh fruit platters, and gifts for our sick baby. We’ve never experienced such warmth and genuine care anywhere else. This became far more than a luxury hotel visit. The team looked after us during one of the hardest times we’ve faced as parents. Thank you to everyone at Constance Lemuria. We’ll always remember what you did for us, and we’re already hoping to return.

The resort, its facilities, and beaches are wonderful, and there’s enough to explore to fill days. The gym is well equipped, and the tennis courts are very good quality. What made our stay especially memorable, though, was the staff. There were too many to name, but special thanks to Eugene, Mariappan and Reddy from the beach, Vijay, Dilbar and Davis from the restaurant, and the Indian barkeeper at Huna bar for his speciality cocktails. Jimmy at the excursion booth is the beach’s good soul. Breakfast had a great range, and the food quality was very good. We weren’t especially interested in lunch after such a big breakfast. Dinner options were a themed buffet, such as Asian or Indian, or Creole food at the smaller a la carte restaurant 'Nest'. Even at lower occupancy, 'Nest' needed to be booked well in advance. DIVA wasn’t suitable for us because it had no real vegetarian options. We would have liked more a la carte choices with smaller portions, and more vegetarian dishes in general. The buffet was also quite expensive, almost 100 euros per person if you had a glass of wine. We didn’t want to eat a lot in the evening, so that price felt high when we weren’t having much or choosing only premium items like the Wagyu miniburger. Still, it was an amazing stay, and we’re planning to return 🌴 🥥

We came for our honeymoon, and the resort was incredibly beautiful with excellent service. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they paid amazing attention to detail. When I lost my glasses in the waves, the staff really helped me look for them.

I’ve traveled all over the world and haven’t found a more beautiful place. It feels like a heavenly sanctuary, with wonderful food, cocktails, and wine. If you love wine, you’ll be happy here. The staff are amazing, and everyone makes you feel welcome and treats your requests as no trouble. The gym, tennis courts, and massage were all great too. Anse Georgette, one of the most beautiful beaches, is about a 10-minute ride on the hotel’s small shuttle. Bring cash, since cards aren’t accepted there. Scuba diving was super easy to arrange. We also had our wedding on the beach, and the staff made everything just how we wanted. It was a wonderful day and the best day of our lives :) Try a wine tasting at the rock, where you can watch a beautiful sunset, with Alessandro, the sommelier from Italy.
