We only came in for coffee and drinks, but the woman at the bar really listened and looked after us. The local staff were super friendly, and the pool was clean, without that chlorine stuff. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole place. It feels gentle and calm, with pastel shades of light blue, green, white, brown, and pink. This is my third time on the island, and next time we'll stay here. It's low season because of the war, but they're still operating as usual and smiling.

Christina Pertaub, the F&B Manager at L’Archipel Hotel, made the 31st December celebration I attended with my dad feel special all evening. The atmosphere she created was warm, elegant, and joyful, and it's an experience I'll remember. She was calm and professional throughout, attentive to details, and sincerely caring toward guests. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and she made everyone feel welcome and valued. Christina's passion for hospitality is clear, and she's a real asset to L’Archipel Hotel. Thank you for such a memorable end to the year.

Our flights were cancelled because of the situation in the Middle East, but the hotel won't refund us for a cancellation forced by extraordinary circumstances. I'm very disappointed by the lack of compassion. They treat people like money machines, not humans. I'd avoid this place. UPDATE: Telling me to “just book a different flight” when I don't feel safe flying to the region proves my point. Thanks for making that even clearer.

My husband and I had a wonderful few days here on our honeymoon. The beach is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and our room was spacious and spotless. They arranged a lovely candlelight dinner for our honeymoon, which we really enjoyed.

The only downside for me was how extremely slow lunch service was. Apart from that, this was my favorite hotel on our Seychelles road trip. We had direct access to the beach, a breathtaking view, and a stunning room. The welcome felt warm and genuine. They showed us around the facilities on the way to our room, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home.
