We had a fantastic five-night stay, with lovely rooms, a great view, and amazing staff who were polite and professional. The restaurant’s lunches and dinners were very tasty, especially the chicken noodles and parrot fish, which were our favorites. Breakfast was good, if not outstanding, but there was something for everyone. Natasha, the manager, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

They even arranged a rental car for us, and took care of all our special requests without any hassle. The hotel replied quickly and kindly whenever we asked for anything. We felt well looked after and really appreciated the service.

I’ve booked Palm Beach on Praslin three times and plan to return. The friendly staff and clean rooms make for fantastic service, and the food is one of the best parts. I’ve tried most of the island’s restaurants, and this is definitely among my top three. I’d highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Praslin.

We had a very nice stay, with gorgeous beach views and brilliant balconies. The food was beautiful, and the staff were kind and attentive. WiFi didn’t reach the third floor, unfortunately. There are several kinds of stingray in the bay out front, so shuffle along the sand.

Breakfast had lots of variety and was excellent, and the waiters were especially friendly, kind, and attentive. My stay at Palm Beach Hotel was lovely from beginning to end. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and room service was prompt and professional. A very pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.
