Al Salam Rotana Hotel

The staff were so accommodating, and the location by the mall was handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good range of amenities and food, and the ambience and service were great too. Al Salam Rotana is in a very accessible spot and has been one of my best Rotana hotel experiences.

The food at breakfast was delicious, and the lobby bazaar attendant was very helpful. The hotel’s local staff are amazing, and I’m grateful to the reception, housekeeping, restaurant and room service, health club, and security teams. You’re great, keep it up. The hotel is super clean, though it doesn’t feel as elegant as its price suggests. It’s overpriced, though perhaps that’s the cost burden, I’m not sure. The location is good, near an average shopping mall. Everything else was wonderful, but I didn’t like seeing some members of management treat staff the way they did.

The open buffet was wonderful, with delicious food and some very new flavors. The supervisor and chef were very gracious, and Madame Hala was lovely to deal with. She even gave us a gift for our wedding anniversary. The restaurant was really nice.

The lobby and food area were visibly spotless and kept clean, even though the corona measures weren’t being followed very strictly. The staff were warm and friendly. Salam Hotel has the best lunch and dinner buffet I’ve had by far, and I’d really like to try breakfast too.
