The range of things to do here blew me away: ski tracks right outside, an ice hockey rink, a children's playground and a 25m pool on site, plus billiards, darts, ping pong, board games, books and a gym indoors. We were here for Vasaloppet, and I'd love to return in summer. As someone who's travelled by interrail a lot, this is easily the most impressive hostel I've stayed in. It's fully equipped, with a big kitchen, a large dining room and several cosy common rooms. Highly recommend it!

The hosts were so kind and helpful during our night here, and the facilities were clean and well looked after. There's everything you need, plus extras like a sauna and gym. A 10/10 stay for my sister and me. Book if you want to enjoy the beautiful Swedish mountains and support a family-owned hostel.

After riding my motorbike all day, I took a walk down to the river as the owners suggested. I was so glad I did, it was a wonderful spot and I could have stayed there all evening. Hunger eventually brought me back, and the kitchen had everything I needed to make dinner. The owners are lovely, and the whole cozy building makes you feel at home and welcome.

A clean, warm room made this a great winter stay, and there's plenty to do here: a spacious kitchen, sauna, ping pong, pool table and ice hockey rink, among other things. The place is close to stunning nature too. I'd highly recommend it and hope to come back in summer.

Uvboet was such a charming, almost magical place to stay. It's in a peaceful, beautiful area, and the hosts are gracious and sweet, always with a story to tell. The facilities are excellent, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, gym, pool, sauna, ping pong, billiards and fast wifi. If you're in the area, you must stay here!
