While arranging a stay here during my Olavsleden walk, I was told there were no showers or toilets available. I might have considered it with a relevant discount, but the only offer was a 10% pilgrimsdiscount. That still meant 250kr for a patch of grass and one “nature toilet” for the whole camping. I walked on and camped by the river instead. No shower there either, but at least it was free! (Yes, I'm Dutch haha.)

It has some potential and was fine for a night's sleep, but the place seemed quiet, almost abandoned. The grass needed cutting more often, and we couldn't find the access codes for the kitchen or bathroom. It definitely needs more care.

There are plenty of activities, including rafting, kayaking, and hiking, and the staff helped us find some tourist places in Åre. It's an amazing, affordable camping spot where I had the best time. Perfect for being outdoors and enjoying the air. I highly recommend it!

The facilities are poor. The kitchen stayed locked all day and night, and reception was unreachable unless new arrivals were calling. Those arrivals weren't given the bathroom code either, and nobody answered when we tried calling back. Don't stay here. If it weren't so close to Åre, I doubt they'd still be in business.

The scenery is really good if you're looking for a quiet environment, though it's a little far from Åre's main attractions. The cabins work well for groups of up to five, and the price is pretty cheap. Staff were friendly too.
