The staff were helpful, and their tips for finding the aurora were spot on. I was here for five nights on a work trip and would recommend it. Breakfast was really good, even if the choice wasn’t huge, and parking was easy even with the hotel full. My road-facing room stayed well below an unacceptable noise level. The room was cozy and well furnished, though the ventilation could be better. A few days felt stuffy inside, probably because it was extremely cold outside. A good place for business travel.

The price was incredibly low, and I liked how clean and spacious the place was. There’s a shared kitchen, a gym, and a relaxing hangout area with indoor games. The staff weren’t very friendly, though.

The room was spacious, and the nearby car park had enough spaces. The staff felt very neutral, almost unfriendly, like they were just there to work. The room seemed expensive for what it was, and although a sauna was advertised, we were told it wasn’t available when we asked. Breakfast was mediocre at best, and the rooms could use updating. A cheaper hotel I stayed at a few days earlier in Arvidsjaur gave much better value. At the end of summer, I’d bring the price down. More than 90 euros is a lot for a bed and a mediocre breakfast.

The supermarket, ICA, is right behind the hotel, and the place has a shared kitchen, foosball tables, a piano, plus juice and coffee machines available 24/7. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the kitchen staff were kind, helpful people. I stayed four weeks for work, three on my own and then a few days with my wife. I’d read a review saying the workers were like robots, without smiles, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, hostels, and resorts around the world since 2011, and this was one of the best. The staff welcomed my wife and let her stay without charging, and they also sorted out a problem caused by my idiotic job. They made our time together and the trip feel perfect. If I get to Arjeplog again, I’m sure I’ll stay here.
