My partner and I told the waiter the meal wasn’t good when he asked, and he just took the bill and explained the tip. Wow. I’m staying somewhere else, but came here for dinner, and €47 got me what looked like maybe a quarter of a reindeer filet. The potato cake was precooked, scorching in the middle and cooler elsewhere, and the vegetables were meh. It was served in under ten minutes, which told me enough. Charging that much for food of this quality and portion size felt insulting. I live in Finnish Lapland and know people here can serve good reindeer and fair value. Save your money and go to Coop. I’ll be getting round two of dinner there tonight.

The portion was very small for the price, and the reindeer filet came out too well done even though I asked for medium rare. Disappointing.

The staff were really nice, professional, and polite. Breakfast was great, with a buffet set up so everyone could pick what they wanted, and dinner was delicious too. The room was older but fine. The shower area was an odd setup, basically part of the same bathroom floor, separated with clear glue. The beds were very soft, which might bother some people, though I was fine with them.

The rooms were extremely small, and they didn’t replace towels or restock anything, not even courtesy water. For lunch and dinner, the beef burger was the only thing I thought was worth it. But what really traumatized me was breakfast. Having to eat there every morning was painful, and the eggs were so salty and bitter that they didn’t seem edible to a normal person. We complained on the first day, but nothing changed over the three days. Breakfast was awful.

I only came for dinner and didn’t stay at the hotel. The meal was very good, the beer selection had some quality options, and the service was good.
